When you set up a recurring plan, you can now choose exactly when billing begins: today, on a set day each cycle (like the 1st), or on a specific start date. A plain-English summary shows exactly when the first payment lands, so the customer knows before they add their card.

For plans that start on a future day, choose how the first payment works: charge the full period today, prorate just the partial period until the start day, or collect nothing until then. Proration is calculated for you and shown up front.
